What this role looks like.

As a Process Intelligence Consultant you deliver process mining projects end to end: on time, on budget and within scope. You are the main point of contact for the client and the central point in the project team, keeping what the client needs, what the team builds and the value we promised pointing in the same direction.

You understand the broader context our clients operate in, translate that into a clear direction for the project, and make sure the team consistently delivers against it. You work across borders with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, and with enterprises that expect their consultants to be as comfortable in the data as they are in the boardroom.

What you’ll do

Own the delivery of process mining projects within scope, timeline and budget
Act as the main client contact, managing expectations and building strong relationships
Model event data and build the analyses that show how a process really runs
Translate client goals and long-term vision into a clear project direction
Turn analyses into concrete improvements and measurable value realisation
Spot opportunities to deepen and expand client engagements
Apply and safeguard the DataLane way of working and quality standards
Coach consultants around you so the whole team delivers at the same level

What you bring

3+ years in consulting, process intelligence or operations
Hands-on Celonis (or strong process-mining) experience
Comfort with SQL and event-log data modelling
Sharp communication with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to translate data into real business value
Experience owning a project: scope, planning and risk
Curiosity about how businesses really run
Fluent English; Dutch, German or Italian a plus
